Sediment Prefilter

An upstream sediment cartridge that catches grit and particulates before they reach your softener, carbon media, or RO membrane — useful on older plumbing or water with visible sediment. We will mention it on the quote call when it fits.

Best for: Homes with visible sediment or older plumbing ahead of whole-home or RO equipment

RO remineralization / alkaline filter cartridge

Pure Alkaline RO Remineralization

An optional post-RO stage that adds calcium and magnesium back into reverse-osmosis water for taste. The HW800 AlkaPro already includes an alkaline stage; this cartridge is the usual add-on for tank RO (and available when you want a discrete remineralization stage).

Best for: Tank RO owners who want less “flat” tasting water; optional if you choose tankless AlkaPro (already has alkaline stage)

Whole-Home UV Disinfection

Ultraviolet treatment at the point of entry for an extra disinfection layer — chemical-free light treatment. Often discussed after reviewing water test results (especially wells). UV does not remove hardness, chlorine taste, or dissolved solids.

Best for: Homes that need a disinfection layer after a water review — UV is not a softener or carbon filter substitute
